We are in a quiet, beautiful location in the Aso valley of Montalto delle Marche in the region of Le Marche. We enjoy fabulous views of the Sibillini Mountains in the National Park and the rural farmland that is at the heart of the region.

Beaches are 20 minutes away at Pedaso and Grottammare and the historic city of Ascoli Piceno is a scenic 45 minute drive.

Ancona and Pescara airports, served by Ryanair, are both approximately a 1 hour drive. Rome, Florence, Perugia and Bologna are all within 3 hours.

In the winter time the Sibillini Mountains attract skiers from all over and are about 45 minutes drive away.

We have two spacious studio apartments; 'Mucca' and 'Cavallo', named after the animals that onced graced the stables from which these were built. They provide comfortable accommodation with private facilities and kitchen areas. Each has a private entrance leading from the pool terrace.
 
We offer bed and breakfast as well as the opportunity to eat with us and our guests, where we will prepare local specialities and menus of your choice. For those who prefer to self cater each apartment has a 'wet' kitchen whilst use of an adjacent full kitchen can be arranged.

A truly enjoyable experience is to be able to eat fruit in season from the trees that are growing around you.
